These models are specifically designed to wind a wider range of HV coils for distribution transformers from 10 kVA to 5000 kVA Approx. with full width inter layer insulation.
Rigid frame structure supports dynamic loads and vibration free winding. Servo closed control through pneumatic dancer for round conductor to achieve appropriate tension during winding at high speeds. There are different models to accommodate as per transformer ratings.
Single or dual round wire and strips can be wound automatically on the machine. Inter layer insulation on this machine is with full width paper. This machine is more flexible to do a wide range of transformer ratings.

These models are specifically designed to wind HV coils for distribution transformers using graded layer insulation from 63 kVA to 3500 kVA.
Rigid frame structure supports dynamic loads and vibration free winding. Servo closed loop tension control through pneumatic dancer feedback for round conductor and paper strips helps to achieve appropriate tension during winding at high speeds. To cater wide range of prospects these models offer three different variants based on requirement and automation level.
Single or dual round wire and strips can be wound automatically on the machine along with insulation in parallel. This machine is also suitable for higher volume production of single ratings.
